Wayne Hippo, Jr.Wayne is a partner at Hippo & Fleming Law offices and
practices in the areas of business, employment, and real estate development
law. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the
Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from The National Law
Center at George Washington University, Washington, DC.
In addition to legal work, Wayne has prior experience with a venture capital
company which provided initial working capital investments to developing
advanced technology companies in Pennsylvania, and has worked with the
Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority in Harrisburg reviewing loan
applications for Pennsylvania businesses wishing to build or expand
facilities throughout the Commonwealth. He has also worked with the Ben
Franklin Partnership of Central Pennsylvania financing developing high
technology companies through public and private investment.
Wayne is very involved in the community, and currently serves as Director on
Boards of various organizations, including Easter Seals Society of Central
Pennsylvania and Home Nursing Agency Affiliates. He is a member of the
Simpson Temple United Parish Administrative Council, and is an alumnus of
the inaugural class of Leadership Blair County. He is active in the Altoona
Region American Youth Soccer Organization, serving as Assistant Regional
Commissioner and Coaching Administrator, and has served as a coach for
Altoona High School in the Pennsylvania Bar Association High School Mock
Trial Competition. He often speaks at seminars, as well as to numerous
groups and associations regarding Workers' Compensation issues. These
include Lorman Education Services, National Business Institute, the Blair
County Human Resources Association, and the HealthForce annual meeting.
Wayne has served on the Altoona City Council for eight years, and is
currently the Mayor of the City of Altoona.

Jeff Fleming is a partner at Hippo & Fleming Law Offices and concentrates his law practice in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, business planning, and estate and trust administration. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College and his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law.
Jeff has also been serving his clients' insurance and financial services needs for over twenty years, and is the founder of V.I.P. Financial Group, LLC, an independent financial services firm in Altoona, PA. Jeff is a Registered Securities Principal and an Investment Advisor Representative with NFP Securities, Inc.
Jeff co-authored a book titled “Guiding Those Left Behind in Pennsylvania” published in 2006. He is a Contributing Editor for Planet Newsletter, LLC and regularly writes articles for the publication. His estate planning articles have also been published in a number of magazines and newspapers across the country. He has also served as the Money Insider for www.ThirdAge.com, a web site providing resources relevant to the lives of individuals age fifty and older.
Jeff is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, an organization which promotes and fosters excellence in estate planning. He currently serves as President of the Blair County Bar Association and as National Committee Person for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – Pennsylvania (NAIFA-PA). He is a past president of NAIFA-PA and NAIFA-Altoona Area.
Jeff and his wife Karen live in Hollidaysburg with their daughter Isabel who they adopted from Cambodia in 2001. Their adoption was featured on ABC's 20/20 television program. They also have three other adult children. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys traveling, hunting, motorcycling and watching movies with his family.

David PertileDavid Anthony Pertile was born on March 2, 1978, in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2000 from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, where he played offensive guard for the Bison football team and was an active member in the University's Cap and Dagger drama society and the Kappa Chapter of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
In 2003, he received his Juris Doctor and Certificate of Advanced Study in Health Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 2004 and is currently a member of the Blair County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Pertile concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and municipal law, criminal defense and civil litigation.
